Jack W. Crow, CFP®

CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM

Jack W. Crow is a Certified Financial PlannerTM (CFP®),  a designation he earned in 1993 through the College for Financial Planning in Denver, CO, and the International Board of Standards and Practices for Certified Financial Planners (IBCFP).   His training has provided in-depth knowledge of the complex nature of money management.  The CFP® professional code of ethics requires him to conduct all activities in a lawful manner consistent with the highest standards of honesty, integrity and ethics, and to exercises reasonable and prudent professional judgment.  He always endeavors to act in the best interests of his clients.

Jack follows the comprehensive approach to planning.  His plan includes cash flow, net worth and income tax analyses, risk management, wealth accumulation, retirement and estate planning.  He also utilizes his professional relationships with respected CPA's and attorneys to provide necessary information outside his area of expertise that is pertinent to the financial planning process.

Prior to his career as a CFP®, Jack's professional background included banking and insurance.  In 1987 he was made Vice-President of Investments at First National Bank of Muskogee and was instrumental in the establishment of the First Investment Center, where he provided quality financial service and leadership until 1999.

In recent years Jack has been subjected to and overcome challenges that most of us prefer not to consider.   The death of his father from cancer, his mother's 10-year struggle after a stroke that left her unable to walk or speak (she passed away in 2007), and most recently the long-term care needs of his wife, who was diagnosed with early onset Alzheimer's at the age of 56 -- all of these events would devastate most people, both emotionally & financially.   Though little can be done to prepare anyone emotionally for such perils, being financially prepared can certainly lighten the load.  That is why a well-rounded plan constructed by a seasoned financial professional is so important!

Jack's extensive years of experience in the financial services industry and his personal family experiences with long-term care needs have given him great insight into the obstacles that people must prepare for when planning the financial futures of themselves and their heirs.  He has "been there" and "done that" and knows what to do about it!
